Before
a piece of meat can wear our label, it has to meet some pretty
high standards. It has to come from only the most reputable
and consistent producers of high quality meats. And they have
to meet our high standards for sanitation and cleanliness.
Before
a meatcutter can wear our label, he has to be a master of
his trade. You wouldn’t let a rookie prepare a meal
for your customers. And we won’t let a rookie handle
your meat.
In order
to wear our label, service and delivery personnel must have
a track record of reliability and possess an unwavering dedication
to customer care.
We’ve
been raising the bar for more than 20 years, because the region’s
finer restaurants--and their customers--have learned to expect
that from us. And we deliver every time.
