Co-owners Tom Dawson and John Baker

Two Louisville natives, Tom Dawson and John Baker have been providing fine meats to consumers in Greater Louisville for more than 40 years and were among the first packers to partner with the Certified Angus Beef program, the most successful and dominant branded beef program in the country.

They both share an ongoing commitment to provide service and quality at a fair price, realizing that the success of their business depends on the success of their customers.

Scott Scholtz, Sales Representative

Scott is a former athlete and brings that same energy to Irish Hill Foods. He played Division I basketball at Western Carolina State University and played professional basketball in Europe.

After his basketball career was over, the Louisville native worked in franchise support for a large restaurant chain before returning home to join the Irish Hill team in 2001.

Scott is in charge of sales and specializes in building long-term relationships with customers.

Dana Perkins, Office Manager/Sales

Dana is another Louisville native on the Irish Hill staff and she lives in Taylorsville with her husband and two children.

Dana has almost ten years sales experience and is a four-year veteran with Irish Hill Foods. She serves the Irish Hill team in several key capacities including sales, customer relations and office management.
